AXA XL Conference: How Technology Is Transforming the Art World

How technology is transforming the art world a panel discussion hosted by AXA XL featuring Artclear, Friday 14 October 2022

Artclear participated in the excellent art and technology panel hosted by AXA XL’s Chris Bentley on Frieze Friday 14 October at the RIBA – when nearly 200 appeared for breakfast and to talk tech.

Titled ‘how technology is transforming the art world’, the panels addressed questions such as:

  • Why don’t more people participate in the art market?
  • What will technology allow a new art market to become?

Artclear founders Charlotte Black and Angus Scott highlighted Artclear as the missing link – with the only technical solution to indelibly link verified facts about works of art to the objects themselves. Artclear provides the infrastructure that will enable the art market to expand way beyond its current commercial boundaries.

Thank you to AXA XL for hosting, other panellists Overstone Art and Hephaestus Analytical for insightful discussions, and to everyone who attended – it was great to see such a booming turnout in the midst of Frieze week.
